Picasso Picture Show—We all know the story of the solitary 
artist, right? Well, this activity turns that old idea on its head as employees try to recreate paintings. The catch is that the paintings are only viewable for a couple of minutes, and they’re only viewed by one or two team members. Then it’s the job of those “viewers” to instruct the rest of the team what to paint. You can check out past teams taking part in that activity here.
Enter the Dragon’s Lair—Put a team’s entrepreneurial skills to the test with this fun and creative team building activity. In this task, each team is given a budget and asked to come up with a new gadget. Then a “shop” opens with items the teams can buy that will help them build their gadget.
Once the gadget’s design is decided on, the team will create a presentation that highlights the features and benefits of the gadget and the projected cost. A team of judges will decide at our Cleveland Party Centers which team has developed the best, most useful gadget.
The Sweet Success—This is a truly sweet team building exercise. In this activity, teams will create a box of chocolates, its packaging, design and marketing strategy. This contest will see teams think about the ideal market, price point and projected profit for their chocolates. The end results are scored by a team of judges at our Cleveland Party Centers on quality, profitability and originality.
